Conchiglie

C O N C H I G L I E 🐚⁣
Pronounced "Con-keel-yeh"
Conchiglie translates to shells or seashells in Italian. Similar to a conch shell it curles around on itself with a curved lip forming perfect pockets for scooping and holding sauce. Duro conchiglie is made "rigate" style, meaning it has the ridged lines on the outer surface while the interior is smooth but still porous from the bronze extrusion.
Delicious in wholesome soups and minestrones, a hearty ragu, or tossed through a bright summer salad.
