Our mission at Duro is to create a naturally wholesome, nutritious, and delicious pantry staple, where tradition meets taste, and every meal becomes an experience.

We craft locally grown and produced artisanal pasta, completely traceable from farm to plate. Made from 100% Australian durum wheat, sustainably grown, harvested, and milled in the “Golden Durum Triangle” of northern New South Wales, every piece of Duro pasta celebrates superior flavour, nutrition, and artisanal quality.

Durum wheat, known as “duro” in Italian for its hard nature, is transformed into golden semolina after milling, perfect for creating high-quality pasta that is naturally high in protein. 

Using traditional methods, Duro Pasta is extruded through bronze dies creating a textured surface that clings to your sauces. It is then slow-dried at low temperatures to retain the rich, natural flavour and nutritional benefits of the wheat to deliver a firm, al dente bite.
