Our Rigatoni has won GOLD at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards for 2023!

This was our first entry to the Royal show with all four submissions gaining a medal.

To be rewarded this recognition is immeasurable and I am truly grateful to my team (past & present), family, friends and colleagues who have been along for the journey.
To think only two years ago our first extruder and drier arrived from Italy during lockdown, the mission, to produce sustainable, slow dried, artisanal pasta crafted using only Australian grown durum wheat.

A year ago we officially launched and have already upgraded our equipment and facility. To be now seeing our pasta appear on the shelves of bespoke stores and on the menus of reputable restaurants across New South Wales, it is beyond exciting.
I know we still have a long way to go with what we are trying to achieve but as we continue to learn and hone our craft everyday, it’s nice to stop and acknowledge these moments and feel proud of how far we’ve come.
